Meet Desiree Davis-Brown 

Desiree Davis‑Brown, FNP‑BC, is the founder of Compassionate Family Health NP PLLC and a board‑certified Family Nurse Practitioner licensed in New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Arizona, Colorado, California, Washington, Maine and Vermont. She began her healthcare journey at Saint Paul's School of Nursing, earning her RN license and honing her skills on a med–surg telemetry unit before transitioning to critical care as an ICU nurse. While completing her FNP at Long Island University, Desiree traveled to multiple hospitals, deepening her expertise in high‑acuity settings.

Since establishing Compassionate Family Health NP PLLC, Desiree has provided patient‑centered care across a wide range of settings—urgent care clinics, assisted living and long‑term care facilities, short‑term rehab centers, and in‑home visits. She maintains a special focus on geriatric patients, adeptly managing the complex health needs of older adults to ensure their dignity, comfort, and quality of life. As a wife and mother of two young children, she knows firsthand the difficulty of securing timely medical attention. That personal insight drives her dedication to safe, effective, and empathetic care—whether in person or via telehealth.
